After 3 warmup sets and 5x1 sets @preston.de.jong hits 195 pounds. Not bad, he’s added 85 pounds to his bench over the past 4 months. Not sure what you’ve been up to, but he’s been busy kicking ass. Next up @elim88m … 👊🏻👊🏻

For years I have worked with lawyers to “shorten up their stick” meaning slide your top hand down the shaft of your stick which makes the stick “stiffer”and allows you to receive hard passes and passes in your feet … @timturkhockey @elim88m

@morgancluett @devonshanks17 @cooperbailey2010 @ryder_savich77 kaleb55770 @duncannystoruk_17 @elim88m … condensed stride shot … allow the puck to take you into your foundation and fire it - leg back, chest forward 🤜🏻🤛🏻 @timturkhockey

Whether you playing at an academy, skating privately with a skills coach, and/or playing for a Spring Team with a new coach, that is where you grow and develop as a player. @elim88m is another example of such growth; not only is he surrounded by players who push him to be his best but he’s part of a family of winners @nlegacywarriors @timturkhockey

Reading pucks off a deflection and/or the goalies pads is KEY IN DETERMINING what shot you prefer, whether it be the slide shot or the stride shot. Here we have @elim88m proving us with an example of power in his shot @nlegacywarriors

A slight adjustment in the hips and we can see a huge improvement in @elim88m slide shot. Full leg extension, leading with his chest, and powerful release. Good luck in Grande Prairie buds … the latest player in a long list of players leaving minor hockey 🤜🏻👊🏻🤛🏻

The boys headed into the final against a very talented team falling 3-0 in the final game. The @hammerhc2025 team made up of 13-15 year olds grew significantly over the past four months and we are extremely proud of them. The work is not ending, it is just beginning … remember when you are getting tired someone else is getting better. Stay focused, set goals, smash those goals, and repeat 🤜🏻🔔🤛🏻 Answer the bell and expect nothing less from yourself than your very best. Proud of you all 🤜🏻🤛🏻 @chaseshahi10 @elim88m @owen.hockey19 @preston.de.jong @ma_ttias4148
