Eli and I love a good challenge

So for our first shoot together, we decided to pick a theme which was a retro ish, track and field shoot, but with a twist

We pick out the outfit right before the shoot after doing a bit of thrift shopping in Williamsburg at my fav thrift shop @crossroads_newyork

I personally love the act of thrift shopping, especially in New York, where you find so many hidden gems

and I’ve always wanted to bring that into one of my New York City portrait sessions, but never found a good opportunity to until now

we tried on a bunch of different outfits before absolutely following in love with the final piece
