I blow into tubes for a living. It's a joke. But this time my job took me up in the mountains and left me there for a while.

I had the privilege of spending over 4 months performing at @rocky_mountain_rep in beautiful Grand Lake, Colorado. What a dream. My gratitude for this place and the people who filled it with magic cannot be expressed in a silly post. Ask me when you see me.

Cleveland friends, I'm coming home. I can't wait to see you all again.

Last month i turned 30.

i dont feel that measuring myself by the years i have been here reflects anything about me at this point: i think a lot more about the choices i’ve made and if i would have wanted to end up any other way than this. and i honestly can’t tell you enough how much i love being where i am these days. not everything is easy all the time but i am home; if you were with me on my birthday or have known me at any point in the last few years, you are appreciated more than you know- somehow i found myself in the middle of a community that draws me into every curious detail of being alive.

i am with the friends i always hoped i would have, and that’s more than enough.

the roses keep blooming. ily.

Gathering all my thoughts and feelings for this show has been incredibly difficult. I first want to say thank you to everyone who came out to support this show. I have never felt so loved and supported before and I could not ask for better friends and family. Second, I would like to thank the cast for putting this show together. It is no easy feat and I am so grateful to have such a wonderful cast. In that cast, I have some of my best friends in the world. I would also like to thank them for always supporting me and making being offstage just as fun as being onstage. Finally, I would like to thank the directors/production team for putting together such a technical show. Hadestown will never leave my heart and I am forever changed by stepping into Orpheus’ shoes. 🌹❤️
