Who would still answer the phone at 3am?

Proud to be featured in @dt500mag , a new twelve-chapter series created by Arthur Sopin, Editor-in-Chief of DT500 MAG, spotlighting women shaping London’s worlds of business, culture and influence.

In Chapter I, I speak with Arthur about building Elite Office Professionals from the ground up, financial independence, discretion, access, and what it really means to build a network that goes beyond introductions.

Because having a network is one thing.

Having people who know your value, trust your judgement and pick up the phone when it matters is something else entirely.

Twelve women.
Seven questions.
One bigger question:

Whose door are you opening?

I particularly enjoyed the editorial approach — looking beyond titles and credentials to explore what power, trust and influence actually look like behind the scenes.

Chapter I — Victoria Gross, London ’26.

Who would still answer the phone at 3am?

I’m pleased to be part of DT500 POWER, a new twelve-chapter series created by Arthur Sopin, Editor-in-Chief of DT500 MAG, bringing together women shaping London’s worlds of business, culture and influence.

As founder of Elite Office Professionals, I spoke with Arthur about building a business from scratch, financial independence, discretion, access — and the difference between having a network and having people who genuinely know your value.

✨ What an incredible evening with The Luxury Network ✨ @theluxurynetworkuk_ by @helenawarren

Tonight was deeply inspiring — a powerful exploration of how the luxury and wellness industries are evolving, particularly around spirituality, longevity, and preventative health.

At Elite Office Professionals, this is exactly where we add value. We support luxury brands, founders, and leadership teams by placing high-calibre, intuitive office talent who operate at the highest level — with discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to future-proof businesses as industries evolve.

It was also incredibly inspiring to connect with so many female business owners — women building, scaling, and leading impactful businesses. A powerful, intelligent, and supportive network in one room. An evening full of insight, connection, and conversations that genuinely matter.

Great talks by @mattroberts_lifestyle @roberts.fflur @annalancastertherapy @theluxurynetworkuk_ and Maila Reeves the founder of @bioatelierofficial and ambassador to @lanserhof

Another placement closed this week.

A client reached out because their PA they hired without us wasn’t performing.

We stepped in, handled it smoothly, and placed an exceptional replacement.

Organisation back.

Support restored.

Pressure off.

Everyone wins.

That’s what we do.

I work with the best talent of the best — outstanding PAs and EAs who know how to run busy lives and businesses properly.

People who’ve supported UHNW families, established networks and institutions.

Calm, capable, and completely reliable.

Alongside PA and EA placements, we also offer Executive Search for:

Chief of Staff roles
Senior leadership hires
Top-tier talent in luxury fashion, media, film and finance

We operate with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion — trusted by clients who need things done quietly and properly.

As we head into 2026, it’s about being supported, organised and set up to succeed.

If someone in your business or private household isn’t performing

We’ve got you.

Give me a call — we’ll take care of it.
