The Science Behind Resistance Bands During Breaking:

• Improves neuromuscular efficiency by teaching the central nervous system (CNS) to recruit muscles more quickly.

• Added resistance forces the defensive back to achieve quicker foot contact and repositioning, reinforcing faster, more efficient movement patterns.

• Enhances body control and stability which allows for more efficient power out of your breaks.
