Virgin hair with sun spots, tension sores from previous extensions and 1cm long hair on top! We loved this challenge!

She said goodbye to her short hair and hello to 22 inches of flawless confidence! After cutting her hair and regretting it, we transformed her look with our double drawn Brazilian Elixir Mane Tapes. The hybrid of virgin and Brazilian hair creates a seamless, invisible blend that’s as natural as it is stunning.

I LOVE SEEING PEOPLES CONFIDENCE GROW!

While it’s true that looks don’t define who we are, there’s no denying the uplifting impact that feeling great about our appearance can have on our inner confidence. When we love the way we look, it often brings a little extra spark to how we feel on the inside. It’s a rewarding part of what we do seeing clients embrace a version of themselves that feels both beautiful and authentic. Whether it’s recreating the hair they once had, fulfilling a look they’ve always longed for, or simply giving them an added boost of confidence, our work goes beyond just aesthetics. Watching someone fall in love with themselves a little more, simply by feeling confident in their hair, is a powerful reminder of why we’re passionate about our craft.

NO COLOUR, NO CUT, NO WORRIES!!

This hair transformation was all about creating change without colour or cutting, and we achieved just that! Our client came in with a vision for fuller, voluminous hair, yet she also had areas of bald spots and trauma from a previous hair extension application at another salon. Understanding her sensitivities, we worked around these areas carefully, ensuring her scalp’s comfort and protection were a top priority. Using a blend of custom shades, we crafted a seamless, natural look with @elixirmane__ Tape Hair Extensions, giving her hair the volume she desired. We used medical-grade products to guarantee maximum protection, leaving her with beautifully blended, healthy looking hair. Her transformation is not only stunning but also fully supportive of her hair’s health and integrity.

SHE TRAVELLED FROM SYDNEY FOR THIS TRANSFORMATION ✈️

Colour

first we tackled her colour correction doing a full head of route to end highlights. I worked with her roots to give her that lived in low maintenance melt and then I dropped down her remaining hair outside of the foils with a cooler tone to soften the tone and remove the warmth she no longer wanted.

Extensions

As we were going for maximum volume we selected 6 sets incorporating 4 different colours of tape Hair Extensions totaling to 12 different shades throughout, mimicking her natural tones

Here is some honesty for you but please ✂️DO NOT DO THIS!

Don’t let my offensive scissor story distract you from the main point here! If you don’t have enough hair extensions, they’ll stand out…and not in a good way. Trust your stylist when it comes to the volume recommendation. It’s not just about matching the volume of your natural hair; you need to install more hair than you currently have. This extra volume allows your stylist to cut and layer the extensions, creating a beautiful, seamless blend. Don’t stress about the exact grams; every head of hair is unique. You deserve extensions custom tailored to match your beautiful, natural hair. @elixirmane__
