We used to call it “going with the flow.”

We were actually allowing other people’s moods, needs, and expectations determine how we lived.

When you’ve adapted long enough, it can get surprisingly hard to answer a simple question:

What do I actually want?

@iamlorikinsey and @elizabethsolray went into this deeply in today’s episode.

What if your style isn’t superficial?

What if the way you dress, speak, create, move, lead, and take up space is part of how you express who you are?

This clip comes from a live Spiral Integration Call where we were exploring Expression, and the conversation went way beyond using our vocal cords.

Style. Creativity. Presence. Leadership. Body language. Being seen.

Sometimes reclaiming your voice looks like speaking up and sometimes it looks like finally giving yourself permission to just be fully you.

Have you ever noticed how much of yourself can disappear around one challenging person?

You rethink what you’re going to say, anticipate their reaction, keep the peace, and make yourself a little smaller.

After a while, it can become so normal that you don’t even realize how much of your life is being organized around someone else’s comfort, but what happens when you stop?

A whole lot more can change than the conversation.

We went deep into this in this week’s Red Lotus Life episode.

What if receiving wealth begins with knowing where you belong?

That was one of the threads that came through so clearly in this conversation.

@elizabethsolray shares what Gene Key 2 revealed about Dislocation, Orientation, and Unity; and how receiving can be connected to feeling rooted enough to take your rightful place.

@iamlorikinsey shares what Gene Key 42 has been showing her about expectation, detachment, and allowing an old version of herself to fall away.

Different Gene Keys. Same deeper question:

What becomes possible when you stop trying to receive from who you were and begin creating from who you are now?

There are no words that will ever express the magic and transformation of Say Yes To Soul, but we’re going to do our best!

What if you stopped trying to figure out what life is supposed to look like and started listening to what your heart and soul already know?

THIS is Say Yes To Soul.
Forged in Fire. Curated With Love. 6 Years Deep.

Say Yes To Soul is our signature membership. A container that has been lived, refined, expanded, and cultivated over the last 6 years. This isn’t something we dreamed up and packaged. It has been shaped through lived experience, our own becoming, and along with those who said yes to soul with us.

Say Yes To Soul was created with heart to clear what is clouding your inner knowing and create space for what is available, recognizing the wisdom that is alive and moving through you.

The next version of you doesn’t require you to do more. It requires space to let go of old stories and patterns so something new can take root. Space to FEEL what is true for you here and now.

You will truly create a life you love. Live it. Embody it.

Your relationship with self changes and choices change too! Boundaries become strong. The way you experience money, love, work, your body, desires, and relationships shifts in real time.

Timelines change because you are changing. You are remembering who you are.

We are a heart centered community that comes together to explore our depths, listen with presence, and support one another as we expand. A beautiful space to feel seen, heard, and witnessed.

This is an invitation to become fully available to ALL of who you are. Maybe you’ve felt that quiet inner knowing.

That soul flame whispering:
There. Is. More.

Not necessarily more out there. More here. More of you waiting to be remembered. There is something sacred about giving yourself permission to discover yourself through a completely new lens.

At some point, hearing about it only takes you so far. You have to experience it for yourself.

It’s a resonance your soul just knows.
Say yes.

We’re building something we’ve wanted to see in this field for a very long time.

Continuing education you can actually apply in your work and your life.

Education that creates space for deeper conversations about emotional health, self-trust, nervous system awareness, personal responsibility, relationships, boundaries, intention, and what it actually means to live the work we teach.

As an ASWB ACE Provider, Red Lotus Life is continuing to build our library of continuing education courses for social workers and behavioral health professionals.

Right now, several of those courses are available as free pilot tests.

Pilot testing gives professionals the opportunity to experience the material, share feedback, and be part of helping us shape the education we’re bringing into this space.

We love this part of the process because Red Lotus Life has never been about creating information just for the sake of having more information.

We want to create education that people truly use. In their work. their relationships, the way they understand themselves, and in the way they support the people sitting across from them.

If you’re a social worker or behavioral health professional and you’d like to participate in one of our current pilot tests, you can find the available courses through the link in our bio.

Come help us build what’s next. 💜

What happens when the beliefs you were raised with no longer feel true for who you’ve become?

That can shake a whole lot more than belief!

Those beliefs are woven into belonging, worthiness, family, and body image. What it means to be “good.” What you’re allowed to want. What spirituality is supposed to look like.

@lisagonza727 joined us on @red_lotus_life to talk about what happened when she moved back to her hometown after leaving Mormonism and realized how quickly being back in that environment pulled her toward an older version of herself.

That opened up such a beautiful conversation about what happens when we begin separating:

What I was taught to believe from what actually feels true for me now.

We talk about worthiness, modesty, body image, people-pleasing, grief, spirituality, belonging, sovereignty and the courage it takes to ask yourself:

What do I believe?
What do I value?
Who am I now?

I love this conversation because it isn’t about deciding whether religion is right or wrong. It’s about knowing yourself well enough to choose what stays, what shifts, and what feels true for the person you are today. 💜

There are people doing incredibly important work every single day.

Social workers. Therapists. Advocates. Humans sitting with other humans in some of the hardest, most meaningful moments of their lives.

We created the continuing education side of Red Lotus Life for them.

To hear a different perspective and have conversations that expand the way we understand people, healing, behavior, trauma, growth, and what it means to support someone well.

Red Lotus Life is an ASWB Approved Continuing Education Provider, which allows us to create continuing education experiences for social work professionals while bringing the heart, curiosity, and real-world perspective that has always been part of this community.

Because the work matters and so do the people doing it.
