Still on a huge high from Saturday night, the community really showed up and delivered a night full of some electric energy, friendly fire and a competitive edge. One to remember ‼️

From start to finish, the vibes were high. You could really sense it was going to be a special night, and it truly did not disappoint 🤞🏿

As predicted, the @brkedoff family produced a clean sweep for the relays 🏅 should have done your research on us!😉🧢

Sunday Long Run: ThreePeat!

A very unique way to do 30k but got to get that work in by any means necessary! An eventful Sunday and also quite wholesome.

@vitalitylondon10k was my first race last year so you know I had to run it back, but this time I ran with my brother @elliott6.fit and he completed his first race! Proud of him👏🏾

gratitude, presence, momentum. 💌

i hear you, i really do.
i don’t know if life is meant to be this mono
tonous, this cyclical.
i don’t know if these cycles were cursed
upon us or
wished down by our ancestors.
but what i am considering,
is “enjoying the slowness of life”
as jerome puts it.
taking the longer route home,
enjoying fresh produce,
gazing and gawping at the stars more than once in a while.

one thing i am sure about,
is that we made things fast paced.
nature is never rushed.
and perhaps we shouldn’t be either.
