California 🤝 Washington.

Made the trip from San Jose to Seattle to represent Team California at @wekfest_usa Seattle, and the PNW definitely didn’t disappoint. From the moment we pulled into town, nothing but love. The hospitality, the people, and the car culture out here were second to none. Y’all really showed up and showed out. If you've never attended Wekfest Seattle or checked out the PNW car scene... I highly recommend it!

Huge thank you to everyone we met, drank with, cruised with and whoever we saw and kicked it with throughout the weekend- old and new friends. One of the best parts of this weekend was finally putting faces to Instagram names and meeting the people behind the builds.

Appreciate everyone who made us feel at home. Until next time, Seattle. 🍻🏁

PS- we'll be back next year... anyone else from CA down?

Last Wekfest SJ/ Wekfest prep post ! I honestly almost didn’t show this year… Between thinking I didn’t get accepted to nothing really changing on the car I was ok with not making the trip. Until these Racing Hart F24’s came up on FB marketplace… I’m glad I made the trip though, SJ always hits different. Thank you to my family at @doghouse.garage for letting me post up in their booth and thank you to all the NorCal homies/fam for the amazing hospitality!

The Racing Hart f24’s before I sent them to @jdm_used_wheels to get refinished

Here are the wheels after I got them back!

The reason I went with white face was to pay homage to my Uncle @a.rn.el & Ninong @elocsta who rocked the same wheels in the same color, but in 17’s. I wanted to do the same set up, but dumped lol

The next hurdle we had was restoring the decals on the caps… truthfully I was gonna rock them without decals.

thankfully my brother is pretty good at illustrator.

He was able to make a pretty close copy of the caps and jiselle helped him print them out.

I think the hardest part was laying the decals down on the caps though.

After Wekfest LA last year I told @jiselleasc we had to go to SJ this year lol I was semi kidding, but serious at the same time. Thank you for your support in this hobby of mine. I’m sure there’s better things to do than be on the road for 12 of 48hrs and sitting in a convention center for 9 hrs. Also thank you to my dad @h22wgn for making the trip too! I think he enjoyed his first SJ Show. Thanks for being an ear to talk to with all my ideas I have for the DA. Austin also didn’t really like the travel, but he loved the cars. His car even took home an award 😂 yall should’ve seen him during the roll out. He was waving at everyone. Having the time of his life.
