“Just because: this feels like home” // some fall / late summer pics, the ren faire, and a conglomerate of all the experiences I’ve had so far by impulsively saying yes (would highly recommend)

ACL recovery journey 👏🏻 43% -> 71% readiness ✔️ in 3 months

It was so wholesome to be able to train my niece in the gym and help her get stronger and feeling more confident in her movement 🤍 also learning to trust her body again!! (those who have had an injury can relate.. it’s so mental)

We focused on: single leg strength and stability, good landing mechanics, strong quads hamstrings and glutes together, and slow progression ✨ This was all done after she worked on the early stages of ACL rehab.. heel slides, terminal knee extensions, straight leg raises, etc.

So proud of her for putting in the work and grateful to be apart of it 🥲💪🏼
