One rep. That’s all we said. 😏

And somehow, it turned into a full-body workout. 😂🔥

A little weekday flow, a little shake, and a LOT more reps than we planned.

Saturday reminder: Your Pilates era doesn’t take weekends off. 😉

In 91 years, my dad has many accomplishments to celebrate. He will be the first to tell you his greatest legacy is this family. Through the example he and my mum continue to show, we know that there is no greater gift than the love we all share.

When I think back to his messages of support through my last year at my old job, and I felt so proud to call myself his daughter. He showed me how to stand up for myself and others with ferocity while at the same time leading with love.

Dad, you have passed your stories onto us and your grandchildren and we will carry all of them with us as guides for how to live a life. I love you so much!

Our family loves old things. Vintage clothing, records, art, furniture, bicycles, kitch…all of it. Ten years ago, we bought an old 1967 Ford Country Sedan and we looked forward to cruising in it each year we visited.

At the end of each summer, we’d take a photo of our three kids sitting on the tailgate. It’s funny to think back to how little they were when they learned about rolling down windows manually, holding the door handle to so it would lock and even how old car seatbelts don’t retract.

This summer, the hubby decided to sell it. Times change and priorities shift, so he felt it was time. I was surprised by how he handled the sale of the car so stoically. Our kids felt sad because they knew how much he loved that car. He knew it was going to someone who would love it like we did and he had no regrets. I, on the other hand, cried softly watching as she reversed out of the driveway one last time.

So many memories live on because of that old wagon. It’s funny how much meaning we can attach to things, isn’t it? #vintagecars #classiccarspotting #familymoments

POV: You thought one Pilates class would undo four weeks of holiday snacks.

😂💀 First Pilates session post-holidays hits differently.

Switching things up a little this week! 🤍

Just for this week, you'll see a few of our trainers covering different classes and studios. Same great workouts, just a few familiar faces in different places!

Thanks for your flexibility—we can't wait to see you in class.
