The Four Core Values of Alpha Xi Delta 🤍

#alphaxidelta

Service -

To me, service means showing up for others in ways that create a lasting impact. As Alpha Xi Delta’s Internal Philanthropy Chair, I’ve had the privilege of leading events that bring our chapter together while supporting students and families experiencing homelessness through TEP and our national Kindly Hearts Initiative. Watching our sisters rally around a shared purpose has shown me how powerful service can be in strengthening both our community and our sisterhood.

Knowledge -

I’m grateful to be part of a chapter that truly embraces Knowledge. As a biomedical engineering student and our Panhellenic Delegate, balancing classes, leadership, and sorority life isn’t always easy. Through study hours after chapter and the constant encouragement from my sisters, I’ve found a community in AXiD that celebrates academic success, supports one another every step of the way, and inspires me to realize my potential every day.

Sisterhood -

After meeting on bid day, the two of us clicked right away. After a chaotic freshman year, we’ve become best friends through this sisterhood. We’re lucky enough to get to do so many things biological sisters do: morning debriefs, traveling together, sharing clothes, and soon we’ll be living down the hall from each other! We cannot thank Alpha Xi Delta enough for this lifelong friendship and sisterhood that truly feels like home!!

Leadership -

Alpha Xi Delta has given me the opportunity to grow and develop my leadership skills through my role as Administrative Director. This position has strengthened my communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills by teaching me how to effectively support and collaborate with others. Most importantly, it has influenced me to take on leadership roles outside of the sorority. This has allowed me to continue developing the skills needed to make a positive impact!
