Praise Dance Dump🫶🏿

17 people, 3 regions, 5 districts, 3 time zones, several zoom rehearsals, and 1 Mighty God✨

Funny enough, when I first started planning for this dance ministration I remember thinking to myself “I got this!” Well I found out I DID NOT HAVE IT🤧😂 By the time PENSA came around, months of preparation and practice had left me beyond exhausted. Not to mention, the only day we got to rehearse in person as the full team was the day we were going to minister🌝

I was so nervous I was getting physically sick. During worship, I remember telling God “I’ve come to the end of myself” I had no physical strength and no confidence in my choreography. But that’s actually the beauty of praise dancing. A form of worship that demands your whole body, and forces you to bear your weakness until you’re face to face with the reality that you need God. In that moment, I had no choice but to depend on God for strength and trust in His vision “being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians‬ ‭1‬:‭6‬ ‭NIV‬‬ 🤍✨

So, thank You God for using me as a vessel♥️
Thank you @youthpensausa for giving us a space to worship✨
Thank you media team for making us look amazing on screen🔥
Thank you teammates for all of your hard work and sacrifice🫶🏿

Prayer boards are one of the many ways you can visually write down all of your prayer requests and personal goals. It’s a great way to see the goodness of God unfold in your life while constantly using and referring back to your prayer points!

PRAISE is a weapon. Praise confuses the enemy. In the Bible there are various examples of how praise was used in battles to help secure victories. Worship and praise breaks the oppression of the enemy. Praise is a weapon that we should use to help us to win spiritual battles and to further God’s kingdom.

When do we praise God? Is it on the mountaintop? In times of abundance and blessings from heaven, our praise comes naturally. We recognize the Lord’s presence with us. Our hearts are full and we sing His praises. We honor Him for His love and favor toward us.

What about in the valley? Do we remember to praise Him there? In times when God seems distant… when troubles and worries abound… we often forget the only One who can help. We feel weary and distressed, focusing upon our adversities.

Yet praise can be our spiritual weapon
