Truly one of the hardest goodbyes. But couldn’t be more grateful for the experiences, lessons, memories and life long friendships this sport has brought to me. Thank you to my teammates and my coaches who have believed in me every step of the way and have pushed me to be the player I am today. And to my family, my mom and dad for sacrificing so much just to see me out on that field. The countless all dayers at a complex hours away, never giving up on me and always being my shoulders to cry on. Without you guys I wouldn’t be here today with so much love and gratitude. Although it’s over I wouldn’t have wanted it to end any other way, with my favorite people in a new favorite place doing the thing we love the most and placing second at nationals. Couldn’t be more proud of this team and looking forward to what’s to come. Thank you hawks for giving me a new home. #8 signing out.

That’s a wrap on our last tournament of the summer. We came up short, finishing 2nd at the USSSA Road to the Beach Nationals, but this weekend was about so much more than a trophy.

Some of these girls have been with me since they were 12 or 13 years old. I’ve watched them grow up right in front of me. The memories, the laughs, the wins, the tough losses, the long weekends... I wouldn’t trade any of it.

People always say coaches are supposed to teach the game. Truth is, these girls have given me just as much as I’ve ever given them. They’ve become family, and that’s something that never changes.

To the girls moving on, thank you for trusting me, believing in me, and letting me be a small part of your journey. I’ll always be in your corner, no matter where softball or life takes you.

I’m beyond proud of every single one of my Hawkies. The chapter may be ending for some, but family is forever.

Love you girls. Forever my Hawkies. ❤️🥎
