“I stumbled into an Inner Bliss yoga class when I was 16, never imagining the ways it would shape my life…”— @ellaaholmess 🩷

🗣️ New on the Bliss Blog: ‘From First Class to Lifelong Impact – A Student Perspective’ by our very own ELLA HOLMES!

A personal reflection on how yoga became more than just movement. From finding steadiness in uncertainty, to building connection, community, & trust within herself, Ella shares how the practice has shaped the way she moves through life — both on & off the mat. ✨

☀️Join Ella in class starting this week! Ella will be teaching at both IBY locations throughout the Summer while she’s home for break (check the IBY app for latest class schedules!)

This is your moment to try something new, invest in yourself, & feel your absolute best. You never know where your first class might lead—just like Ella, it could be the start of something truly life-changing. 💙

✨ Teacher Feature of the week: @ellaaholmess !

“My teaching style truly comes from a place of gratitude; as I get to share a practice and guide others by doing what I love. When teaching, I strive to create connections with my students while providing a space that allows people to feel empowered & encouraged throughout their practice!”
