In October 2024, Ella suffered a full thickness ACL tear along with tears to both her medial and lateral meniscus.

Since then, it’s been months of rehab, strength training and hard work

12 days ago, Ella returned to the netball court. 🔥

Getting back after an ACL injury takes time, consistency and trust in the process. Ella has put in the work every step of the way, and it’s been great to be part of her journey returning to sport.

Congratulations on your return, Ella. Best of luck for the rest of the season 💪🏻
