⭐️🫂 Now with The Grind 3 officially open for 4 days, I really want to take a second to acknowledge the grind family behind me that got us to this point:’)

The baristas, management, and social team truly are the heart and soul of The Grind. They are the people who make The Grind feel the way that it does & have helped turn this little coffee shop in Derry into something so much bigger than I ever could have imagined.

Owning The Grind is genuinely the best job in the world, but one of the most fulfilling parts of it has been watching the people who work here make it their own third place too. Over the past few years I’ve watched friendships form, baristas grow into leaders, people meet their best friends here, and a team turn into this little community that I feel so lucky to be a part of.

There are so many things that go into running three locations, but at the end of the day, the people inside of them are what make The Grind what it is.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully express how grateful I am for every person who has came, gone, cared about this place, grown with us, supported me, and helped get The Grind to where it is today.

Three locations is something I’m incredibly proud of, but the team behind them will forever be one of my greatest accomplishments. 🤍 (I couldn’t tag everyone but love you all xoxoxoo)
