Energy over words: Dogs do not follow human words; they follow calm, stable energy. - @cesarsway

I'm novice at dog training and do this simply for fun.

Last night it happened! I got ornament🎉🎊🥳🍾🥹@ellaesclassipole figured out exactly what the issue was. I was missing a step with my arm and once I started getting into a bicep grip I was able to do it with one arm extended. At first, I wasn’t feeling secure enough but by the end of class both arms were extended since I managed to get a good grip with my contact points. Sometimes practice does make perfect🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Side note: @savagexfenty can you please bring back these bottoms 😭😭 I have basically every pair you made. They are perfect for pole dancing 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
