🎶 Proud moment this year for #SungStudio. 🎶
Nine from our studio (pic 1) won positions with the @civicorchestra and will start this fall 2026, with five new full-time members (Haydn, Hannah, Carlysta, Muirne, and Michelle) and four associate members (Ava, Maddi, Sonya, and Ella). They will join current member and studio-mate, Mia, as well as former students Lina and Justine.

Was it something in the water? Or maybe our Tuesday studio classes. Love this studio that support AND push each other.

Busy year ahead, but they will still need to practice for lessons. 😁

Pic 2 from our last studio before everyone goes off to summer activities: Schleswig-Holstein Festival, Aspen Festival Fellowship, and of course, @meadowmountschool!

And congrats to our graduates! Always your teacher and mentor for life. I know we will see each other again soon!

Bravo to #SungStudio on a wonderful studio recital 2026. A concert of short piece gems filled with wit, charm, and virtuosity. Many thanks to our pianists, Dong-Wan and Ken.

This year has been filled with many accomplishments and hard work from the studio- more on that later. For now, we celebrated with our traditional post-concert feast at Cafe Babareeba!

Final Masters Degree solo recital in the books🎻🥹 I could not be more grateful for all the insight, inspiration, growth, and care I have received from Prof. Sung and my fellow colleagues and friends throughout these couple of years. Such a bitter sweet moment that my brain still hasn’t fully processed. Next stop…graduation🍾🎓

Bravo to my students on a wonderful studio recital yesterday! Everyone performed their short piece gems beautifully with great spirit and a lot of heart. (Missing Alyssa.)

Of course, post-concert feast immediately ensued. (Thank you @cafebabareeba for staying open late for us!)
