HELLO MCCLUSKEATS NATION! it's me. i have a royal decree to be spread far and wide across the land. tonight i made dinner.

for the first time ever i made chicken cutlets IN THE OVEN. it was crazy. i was very apprehensive about it but they lowkey turned out pretty well.
i browned the breadcrumbs before i breaded the cutlets, which the internet said would help crisp them up. next time i make these in the oven i'm going to use a wire rack and not crumped foil, which i think would also help with crisp-factor. over all though, making them in the oven made the entire process SOOO MUCH EASIER.

i've also been working on my marinara recipe, and i'm getting quite happy with where it's at! i actually made a video last time i made it and i'll get around to posting that sometime soon.

sincerely,
your illustrious leader

Some summers are impossible to capture in a single post.

Over the past few weeks, Barcelona became the meeting point for an extraordinary community of artists, students, colleagues, and dear friends from around the world. Music brought us together, and the city gave us the perfect setting to create, learn, perform, laugh, and simply enjoy being together.

Between festival days, rehearsals, concerts, premieres, long conversations, and moments by my beloved Mediterranean Sea, life has been wonderfully full. So full, in fact, that Instagram had to wait.

This reel is just a small glimpse of a summer I will always treasure.

To everyone who shared these moments with me: thank you. You made Barcelona feel like the epicenter of a beautiful artistic family. ❤️
