#WhyWednesday. Why Crawl Variations?  Crawl Variations: ✅Bear Crawl:  Spine & Core Stability: Strengthens deep abdominal muscles, obliques, and entire back. Teaches the spine to stay neutral while limbs move dynamically. Shoulder Health: Improves active range of motion in the shoulders and hips. Builds resilient wrists, ankles, and elbows under continuous load.  Athletic Coordination: Trains contralateral movement and mimics the natural cross-body mechanics required for running, sprinting, and throwing.  ✅Gator Walks:  Total-Body Core Strength: Engages deep abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back while resisting spinal rotation. Shoulder Armor: Builds massive stability in the deltoids, rotator cuffs, and scapular stabilizers by demanding constant load-bearing. Pushing Power: Strengthens the chest, triceps, and shoulders, which helps athletes absorb contact and push away opponents. ⭐️Once athletes advance past regular crawls, using different variations allows the athlete to challenge and strengthen specific weak points.  #NeverDuplicated #Commit #Overcome
