Super happy to announce that I am now a Hype Hop Dance Fitness instructor!! A year and a half ago I was introduced to dance fitness, and I was immediately hooked with the immense happiness and benefits it brought into my life. I will encourage any form of dance fitness, but especially Hype Hop for the tremendous confidence it has given me along with the friendships! I found my place to be a leader through Hype Hop, which is why I chose to get certified, so I can uplift others and inspire them through something beneficial. You can just have fun, engage in the high-intensity workout, or build up your confidence or friendships at Hype Hop.
