From a wedding on Friday evening (check out @elle_about_town to see how I scrub up lol) to @Tough_Mudder on Saturday morning... tbh, I don't think I would recommend it!
.
But I got through it mostly because of these two women... @liss_89 and @the.life.of.chi
.
I was a little disappointed with the lack of team spirit and camaraderie in my wave but hey ho. There were one or two people that made up for what everyone else lacked. The 5km distance was pretty epic though, and the location was on point... will share some more of my thoughts on the blog this coming week...

Well here’s a transformation Tuesday post for ya 🙄 ...tbh I’m not exactly sure what the difference is other than almost 10 years... straight hair vs natural hair, going out drinking and eating crap vs working in fitness and being mindful of what I put in and on my body, “just” an exercise science degree vs a whole heap of additional fitness qualifications and experience, a lack of confidence vs never being afraid to share how I feel or what I think, maybe loving my body for what it is... 🤔
.
It’s all as much in the mind as it is in the body right?!

LOVE LONDON no matter how long you've been in this city you'll never know it all 🤓 I swapped the gym for the streets today for a Street Art Tour with @myplanetpass 🏃🏾 I was joined by @mlle_alpha @thisbritdontquit @fitology_uk and Pip the dog to rack up the steps this afternoon. I have lots to share (including a blog post which I'll write) but for now I thought I'd share this image as it reminds me I need to get on my bike 🚴🏾 in training for my ride next month! #lovelondontournow #keepitsimpElle #london #londonbloggers #streetart #fb
