If you watched that and felt a little called out… 👀

Good.

Because this isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about being honest with yourself.

Are you actually happy with where you’re at right now?

Or are you just tolerating it? 🤷🏻‍♂️

You don’t need another restart.

You don’t need another “I’ll try again Monday.”

You need structure.

You need accountability.

You need change.

And that’s exactly what this is. 💪🏼

If you’re done messing about and ready to do this properly…

DM me “CHANGE” 📲🔥

Let’s get to work.

Be honest with yourself for a minute 👀

Are you already thinking about packing it in?

Because this is usually the point where it happens. You started the year with good intentions, told yourself this time would be different, and now you’ve not lost the weight you thought you would. You don’t feel stronger. You don’t feel more confident. If anything, you feel a bit heavier and a bit more fed up 😮‍💨

And it’s not that you don’t care.

You’re busy. Work’s full on. Family comes first. You’ve got about 30 things pulling at you every day and somehow you’re meant to meal prep, train five times a week and feel motivated on top of that 🤯

Meanwhile you’re tugging at your clothes so they don’t cling. Buying stuff a couple sizes bigger just to feel comfortable. Avoiding certain mirrors. Constant food noise in your head. That low level guilt that never really switches off.

Then the excuses creep in 👇

“No time.”

“Money’s tight.”

“Not the right time.”

I hear them every single year. And I get it.

But here’s the truth 👇

There is never a perfect time. Life doesn’t suddenly calm down. Work doesn’t magically get easier. The right moment doesn’t arrive. You either start through the nerves and the doubt, or you end up in the same spot again a few months from now.

That’s why I’m opening my next intake starting 15th Feb 🚀

12 weeks.

Lose 8–10kg.

Build strength properly.

Go into summer feeling confident instead of trying to hide 💪☀️

This isn’t a generic plan. It’s 1–1 coaching built around you. If you’ve got 30 minutes, we make 30 minutes count ⏱️ If you’ve got family events, you’ll know how to handle them without feeling like the odd one out. There are different packages, and my lowest option costs less than a few coffees a week or one takeaway ☕🍔

You won’t fade into the background. You’ll have daily support, real guidance, and you’ll actually understand what you’re doing so the results last longer than a few months 🧠

It’s not for people who want a magic fix.

It’s not for people who won’t be honest about where they’re at.

And it’s definitely not for anyone expecting me to do the work for them.

DM me the word “CHANGE”📩

Let’s actually sort it this time 👊

Being able to coach people towards their goals and help them feel more confident and empowered in their own bodies is something I’ll never take for granted.🙂‍↔️

Every single client — whether they’re in the gym, training online, just starting out or months into their journey — puts in the work. The progress made is a credit to them: their consistency, their effort, and their willingness to keep showing up even on the hard days.😁

Watching this wee team continue to grow has been such a privilege. The support, the commitment, the wins (both big and small) make being a small part of so many journeys incredibly rewarding.🙏🏼

I’m so excited for what’s ahead this year and where this team is going. There’s something really special being built here, and I can’t wait to see how far everyone goes.🔥

So proud of every single one of you — let’s keep moving forward together 🙏🏼

5 Ways I’d Fuel & Train as a Beginner to See Real Results 💪🥗

Starting out at the gym can be overwhelming — not knowing what to do, what to eat, or how to even get started. If I was a beginner, here’s exactly what I’d do to make progress and actually stick with it:

1️⃣ Eat before you train – a small snack 1–2 hours before (protein + carbs) gives energy and stops you crashing mid-session.

2️⃣ Protein at every meal – lean meats, eggs, yogurt, or plant-based protein to help muscles recover and grow, and keep you full.

3️⃣ Hydrate like it matters – water before, during, and after sessions improves performance, focus, and recovery.

4️⃣ Keep meals simple & consistent – whole foods, protein, carbs, and veggies = steady energy and consistent results.

5️⃣ Track habits, not perfection – focus on showing up, fueling well, and staying consistent. Progress comes from habits, not one perfect day.

💬 Feeling lost or overwhelmed doesn’t mean you’re failing — it just means you need a plan. Start small, stay consistent, and watch your results actually happen.

Starting the gym this New Year? 🏋️‍♀️ I get it… it can feel overwhelming.

You walk in and have no idea:

* What to do first
* How the machines work
* Which exercises even matter
* How much to eat
* Or how to stay consistent

It’s confusing. Intimidating. And honestly, it’s easy to just give up before you even get started.

If I were starting out as a beginner, here’s what I’d focus on to actually make progress and stick with it:

1️⃣ Consistency over intensity – You don’t need to smash every session. Showing up 2–4 times a week is better than pushing too hard and burning out. Habits first.

2️⃣ Learn the basics properly – Good form is everything. It keeps you safe, prevents injuries, and actually works. Don’t worry about lifting heavy — worry about doing it right.

3️⃣ Have a simple plan – Walking in “to see how you feel” usually ends in confusion or frustration. Structure removes stress and keeps you moving forward.

4️⃣ Fuel yourself – Eating too little or jumping from diet to diet will kill your progress. Give your body the fuel it needs to train, recover, and feel good.

5️⃣ Accountability & support – Trying to go it alone is why so many people fall off. Even a little guidance keeps you consistent when motivation dips.

💬 Remember: Feeling lost, frustrated, or unsure doesn’t mean you’re failing — it just means you need a plan.

Perfection isn’t the goal. Consistency, structure, and support are.

You can do this. You can stick with it. And yes, you can become the person you see all over social media… without the guesswork, guilt, or frustration.

As of Tuesday 23rd, I’ll be closing my doors to new coaching clients.

This year has been incredible.

I’ve worked with so many amazing people and watched them achieve results they once thought were out of reach 🤍

I work hands-on with every single client, and that means I can only support a limited number of people at one time — without compromising results.

Over the next few weeks, my focus will be fully on:

• servicing my current clients to the highest level

• continuing to improve and evolve my coaching even further

If you’ve followed my work and been sitting on the fence, now really is the time.

When my doors reopen, prices will be higher.

I’ve recently invested thousands into improving my coaching — from education and development to systems, structure, and support — and the demand and quality of results continue to rise.

The new price will reflect the increased value I’m able to offer.

If you’d like to work with me at the current rate, before prices increase, this is your window.

This coaching is for you if you want to:

• look and feel your best

• increase your energy and confidence

• finally take control of your life and achieve the things you didn’t think possible

And you:

• are serious about your goal

• are open-minded to doing things differently

• are honest in the good and the bad

If that sounds like you, you’ll be a great fit.

👉 Hit the link in my bio or DM me “JAN26” and I’ll send you the details.

Even if you decide it’s not for you, I’ll still point you in the right direction.

Don’t miss this opportunity.

Your future self will thank you.

Peace

Coach Laverty 🙏🏼
