A studio is easy to picture when it’s empty- beautiful reformers, pretty mirrors, good branding. But none of that is what makes Reform feel the way it does.

It’s these women.

They care deeply about our clients, they cheer each other on, they show up with so much intention, and they make this community what it is. I know I sound like a broken record, but I’ll never stop telling them—or showing them—how grateful I am.

I can dream up the vision, but they’re the ones who bring it to life every single day.

So thankful for this group of strong, independent, women I get to work along side.

So thankful for a bestie, boss babe, that’s all about women supporting women. Encouraging learning & growth. Understanding that to do those things sometimes you have to work at different studios. Supportive of tagging & mentioning other studios that we visit & work for.
