You don’t have to fight anymore.

Everything you want is on the other side of dropping your shields.

The [P] society likes you protected, fear based and guarded. They know how powerful a woman is when she is 0pen HEarted to receive and a p0rtal of creation.

[ She is magic ]

This is the reclamation.
It starts here.

Muse Codes is more then a podcast.
It is a m0vement.

Latest episode speaks deeper into harnessing your desire > pleasure > the doorway to everything you want

Something beautiful happens when women gather in a space and reconnect with their bodies.

They realise that the body is the holy grail. It is the Divine chalice that holds all the wisdom and all the answers they've been looking for.

The way I see the body is that it's a vehicle, but it's also a map. It takes you and guides you on a journey of self-discovery, healing, ancestral liberation and empowerment.

And this is what we witnessed and experienced at Seasons of Wisdom.

The women came knowing there was something inside them that needed to be seen, released, witnessed, held, explored and enjoyed.

And what they experienced was so much more.

They left feeling alive, like a flame had been ignited inside them.

And as a facilitator, witnessing all of this was extraordinary.

I saw women blossom like beautiful roses. I saw sisters remembering each other.

A lot of these women had never met before, and yet there was this deep remembrance.

And this is what happens when women come together, connect with each other and reconnect with themselves.

The body holds such a big part of this journey.

Seasons of Wisdom wasn't just an ordinary women's circle where we transcended the body.

It was a space where we descended deeper into the body.

And that is where we found the magic we'd been looking for this whole time. 🌹

After some deep reflection, Ro and I have decided to hold the next Seasons of Wisdom in Januray 2027, honouring the start of the new year.

Imagine all that will transpire between now and then, and the woman you will emerge as.

Comment "Waitlist" to be the first to book your ticket when they drop ✨️ and I will send you the link.

Much love,
Angels of Magdalene 🪽🌹

say these until they’re not affirmations anymore, they’re just true.

these were never meant to be forgotten.
only remembered.

born from a conversation with @awakenwmadz_ a few weeks back, the kind that stays with you.

if you missed the conversation, it’s still there waiting for you. link in bio. titled ‘the womb remembers’.

save this one. come back to it on the days you forget what you already know.

The muse is a culture. A movement.
A way of living, and of being inspired by that.

She doesn’t chase. She doesn’t perform.
She becomes the kind of woman that inspiration can’t help but find.

Save this for the days you forget who you are. Send it to the woman who reminds you. ✨

Want more of her? New weekly episodes of @musecodespodcast are live on Spotify, all about what it truly means to be the muse and how you become her.

And something is coming for your mornings... magnetic affirmations. Comment MAGNETIC and I’ll whisper you when they arrive 🤍

A woman who deeply knows who she is,
who is connected to a power far greater than herself,
and gives herself permission to express more and more of her soul’s essence…
is unstoppable. ❣️✨

Magnetism was never something to perform. It’s what’s already here when you stop trying.

I’m building something to help you drop into it, properly, on a cellular level. More soon.

For now affirmations from the latest episode @musecodespodcast

Which one is your favourite?

We can now tick flying to Mount Shasta, getting flown for work, more sold out events, and invited as a guest on to podcasts off my bingo card 🥹

Oh how life has been a journey as of late…

And whilst I’m in the depths of the storm right now… I can feel it… something is brewing beneath the surface, and it’s going to be the best yet.

I’m on the edge of my office chair for this one (ps. i’ve NEVER done this before - so come along for the journey 💌)

Thursday night was one I’ll never forget. 🤍

I had the honour of stepping onto Kyal’s stage to speak about vulnerability in relationships… and officially lost my speaking virginity. 😅

To make it even more special, the very man who taught me the craft of speaking was sitting in the audience, witnessing it all unfold. What a full-circle moment.

The lineup was filled with incredible humans, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the way my story was received. So many people came up afterwards saying they never would have believed it was my first time speaking on stage. 🙏🏽

We went there. We got real. We got vulnerable. And apparently there was a plot twist or two. 😂 When it’s your own story, you forget that other people are hearing it for the very first time.

It reminded me of something so important…

The story you’ve lived could be someone else’s breakthrough. The parts you think are ordinary, messy, or even painful are often the exact parts another person needs to hear. When you choose vulnerability, you give others permission to believe that healing and change are possible too.

To everyone who came along, listened with open hearts, shared your own stories, and created such a safe space… thank you. I left feeling deeply seen, connected, and incredibly grateful. 🤍

The response on the night gave me the confidence to do something I’ve been dreaming about.

I’m officially opening my FREE live UNBROKEN events to the public.

I’ll be hosting two in-person evenings, one in Toowoomba and, one in Brisbane, so more women have the opportunity to experience this room.

If you’ve been navigating Endometriosis, PCOS, chronic womb pain, or you’ve ever felt like you’ve been told to “just live with it”… this is for you.

This isn’t another health talk.

It’s an evening designed to give you hope, connection, education, and a vision for what’s possible. Because your diagnosis may explain part of your story, but it doesn’t have to determine the rest of it.

🤎 If you feel called to be in the room, comment “UNBROKEN” below or send me a DM, and I’ll send you the details for the Toowoomba and Brisbane events.
