What was life like before Symprove? We asked Symprove super-fan @ellelinton to share her gut story with us.

"Bloating is very rare for me now, so I spend far less time worrying about how my stomach is going to feel. Symprove has become part of the baseline of how I look after myself and my gut health day to day."

September was full gas.

I think I’ve probably thrown myself into things as a way of coping. It’s been full on, but grief’s still been sitting there alongside everything else going on.

I’ve spent time with family and friends, got back on my bike, started building something really special with Gravel & Chats, helped @restoringnumberone finally start taking shape, pushed myself out of my comfort zone and somehow managed a few PBs on the bike and in the gym too 💪

My training hasn’t always been consistent, but channelling my grief into smashing the sh*t out of those hard sessions has worked for me.

I’m learning that it’s going to take time for the pain of those last few days with Dad to make way for all the happier memories. Looking through old photos of him and Mum has reminded me just how many of those there are ❤️

So maybe what September has taught me most…

Keep going even when you really don’t want to. Keep doing the things that make you feel like you. And keep the good people close ❤️

More women. More bikes. More laughing until your face hurts ❤️

I think we all need more weekends like this 🥹

Three days in the New Forest. Bikes, gravel, a LOT of chatting, a fair bit of eating, some fun riding in sand for the first time and soooo much laughter.

This is exactly what I wanted Gravel & Chats to be.

Not about being the fastest or the fittest. Just women getting together, riding bikes, trying things, having adventures and making new friends along the way.

Thank you ladies. What a weekend 🫶

And the 2027 dates are now live 👀

Want to join us? Comment GRAVEL and I’ll send you the details 💚

Stepped out of my comfort zone to join Gravel and Chats in the New Forest for a weekend riding some of the best trails. Such a wonderful warm welcome followed by a weekend full of belly laughs, ponies, pedalling and great company. So lovely to spend the weekend with an inspiring group of women in a such beautiful place. Fantastic organisation. Hosted by @duathlongirluk and @theklub.world. Still smiling 😊

POV: Someone wants unlimited access to work they haven’t paid for. 🤡

It’s a funny trend… until you’ve lived it.

If you’ve seen some of my recent videos, you’ll know I’ve been documenting what happens when you deliver the work, send the invoice… and somehow end up spending months chasing payment instead.

Apparently, I only did 50% of the work.

Cool. So the other 50% of the content needs removing, right?

Because wanting 100% of the work while refusing to pay for it is some very creative maths.

That’s not how any of this works.

Have you ever had someone expect to keep the benefit of your work without actually paying you for it?

🤍A patient’s final wish: to be there for her daughter’s wedding.

With the help of teams at Whipps Cross Hospital, that wish came true. A pre‑wedding blessing was arranged at the Margaret Centre so PAM could share this special moment with her daughter, Elle, and Elle’s husband, Modestas, surrounded by love and sunshine☀️

Just three days later, PAM sadly passed away.

“I will forever be grateful for what we did have—and that we got this moment” — Elle

Thank you to our incredible staff who went above and beyond to make this possible, and to Elle for sharing her heartfelt story💙

I have some matters to deal with on my other account before I get to the wedding content 😅 so I’m starting with some thanks you over here 🥰

One of my biggest thank yous goes to Ernie and Tifany over @catherine__deane who on very short notice squeezed me in to pick up my outfit after alternations so I could wear it for my mum at a blessing in the hospital the next day 🥹 despite the circumstances, I still had a wonderful experience that afternoon for which I will be forever grateful 🤍✨

Also huge thank yous to:
Makeup: @the_make_up_box_by_h_
Nails: @danielleking_nailtech
Eyebrows: @love_tiffanys
Hair: @str8studiotm
Flowers: @floriography.studio

My entire wedding prep has felt serendipitous in a way I can’t explain. I feel like I was meant to meet every single one of these people for reasons I may or may not ever know, but there has been an invisible string connecting us all 🤩🤍✨

So again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️
