I was told yesterday’s hydration table was my best event yet and honestly, I’m flattered.

I had so much fun mixing up 3 different hydration drinks for the athletes to help them beat the heat. All drinks featured @liquidiv to provide electrolytes that are lost while sweating during exercise.

Recipes included:

Lemonade + strawberry lemonade liquid IV

Watermelon lime seltzer water + lime juice + watermelon liquid IV (full recipe posted on my page)

White grape juice + passionfruit juice + passionfruit liquid IV

Some may say I was playing barista, I say I was helping the athletes find fun ways to hydrate, either way a good time was had by all!
