“Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it.” On the journey to publishing my first novel 📚

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

These evenings bring me and @elleryfrost so much joy.

Reading parties that invite people to slow down, be present, and connect—quietly, simply, and meaningfully.

This time, we had the joy of hosting at Redux Contemporary Art Centre —one of Charleston’s true gems. Surrounded by art, words, and beautiful energy, the space was perfect.

A special thanks to our wonderful speaker @tetheredwrds, to @reduxartcenter team, and to everyone who showed up—our regulars and new faces alike. You make these gatherings what they are. Thank you✨

Come read with us. 📚✨

No pressure, no assigned books—just a cozy space, your current read, and a room full of people doing the same. It’s quiet, it’s calming, and it’s become one of our favorite things.

In a hyper-digital world, carving out space for real connection matters.

@elleryfrost and I love creating that space—bringing people together through books, beautiful venues, curated music, and conversations.

Every month in Charleston, we gather to read, reflect, and reconnect.

And this June? We’re celebrating 1 Year of Reading Parties in Charleston!

Come join us for an extra special night. Link to tickets in our bio. 🙏🏼❤️

Normal day!!! Still many good things. I was thinking as I drove to the post office — if you would have told me a few years ago that my future office would be right by Rainbow Row — I would have been so excited for the future. 🩵 Happy Monday! 📆
