@guardiansofanatolia has won the Audience Award at Nevada City Film Festival. ❤️

I came to this country with a camera and a story I had to tell. Tonight, Nevada City gave it back to me, chosen by the audience.

When the people in the room choose your film, that is the one that stays with you.

Thank you Nevada City. Thank you to the team that made this film a reality. And thank you to the last nomadic tribe of Türkiye for letting me walk with you. This one is for them.

Last week, I received this beautiful trophy from @wearediffdallas
I’m deeply grateful for this recognition and for the support, encouragement, and belief in this film along the way.

There is still a long way to go, and I hope this is just the beginning. Here’s to reaching more audiences, creating more impact, and celebrating many more milestones ahead.

My human said “go make friends.” I said “let’s not.” Showed up to training fully convinced I was that girl and left knowing I am not that girl (yet). We start at the bottom, babes. 🐾 Tell me I’m not alone in this. 👇

A few meetings deep, minding my P’s and Q’s, and not one of them was about snacks. No agenda, just vibes and one nap between calls. 🐾

It’s Friday and I’m still on mute pretending to care about Q2. We made it, babes.

Tag your WFH meeting buddy. I want to see what you’re working with here👇
