Sometimes when I’m editing photos, I can’t help but to laugh and smile. It’s been said that photography is about “capturing moments”, and I can’t agree more. I had so much fun bopping around with @kryshelleloretta and @elletruax last week. Just giggles, smiles, and non stop fun. That’s what it’s about folks.

Bits and pieces from the last month or so 🤗

[Post 1/4] When I think about this year, there are four very distinct ‘parts’. There was the competition part, the X-15 Class part, the Wylde Wind & Water part and my studies at Oregon State University E-Campus. It’s too much to look back and put it all into one post, so as we wind down the year, here’s a little recap on the competition. This was the first year in the last ten that I decided not to SUP Race. I wanted to focus on Wingfoil and SUP Foil and experience some different races and places.

It was a massive year with many wins and awards. In November I celebrated 10 years with Starboard… an entire DECADE! 🤯🥳

Honored to have the opportunity to share this year with so many great friends, family and teammates.

Huge thank you to @starboardsup, @starboardfoilboard, @freewing.world, @codefoils, @waterspeedapp, and @teamnovonordisk for your support this year!

July?! 🤷‍♀️ It was nice knowing ya… 👋

The summer of work hard, play hard is moving at lightning speed 💨⚡️

At @wyldewindandwater we’re averaging 240 people per week through 11 different programs. Our incredible staff of 28 people are working hard in and out of the water to introduce more people to water sports and learn about water safety. It wouldn’t happen without all of you! Proud of you all and thankful to have this team 🙏

@x15class had an event in Fehrman Germany two weeks ago and we have another event in one week in Scotland 🤩

I made the brilliant decision to continue @osuecampus classes this summer. 🥴 Not totally sure what I was thinking, but I’m slowly inching towards graduation, so it’s win! (Even if there are really late nights 😴)

And the play department… went on a full-send mission with besties to Hawaii to race 67 miles during @molokaiholokai and @molokai2oahu, training and coaching with @americaoneracing, racing almost every week with the @hryc_wingfoil_racing, and making sure Dad and I get a few SUP foil runs in together. ❤️

I knew there would be a lot on this summer, but I feel like July went by in just a blink of the eye. Savoring all the wonderful moments and learning from the hard ones ☺️
