there is truly nowhere else i’d rather spend my friday nights 📣🖤✨ & just like that, no more raptor football games! thank you for the most incredible 4 years on the sidelines @eastridge_cheer & @erhsraptorfootball 🦅🌟 how do i even begin… thank you for the countless memories, endless opportunities, and many wonderful friendships. thank you to the two amazing coaches @breannaboe3 and @anna_shearer617 who trusted me to help lead their team & redefine what it means to be an east ridge sideline cheerleader. and thank you to the four wonderful coaches who asked me to help bridge the gap between east ridge competition and sideline cheer, and allowing me the opportunity to have one more year on the sidelines. it has been a challenging season, but i am grateful for the experience and have truly learned to “roll with the punches”. i am so thankful, and i would not be the leader i am today without your inspiration and support. thank you to the dynamic duo @em.07j and @dana.marie.31 (and hm, logan) for working so hard behind the scenes to bring my ideas to life and make all our sideline dreams come true! our gameday experience would not be possible without you two. thank you to my awesome co captains throughout the seasons @olatomiwa.aisha @estellaj_ @rubyxawad @brooklynnedlund and @em.07j for empowering me and supporting me. i appreciate you! thank you to my wonderful friends who encourage me and build confidence in everything i do. you guys rock. many thanks to my sweet parents @shouman8 and @shoum75 none of this would be possible without your encouragement. you inspire me everyday, and i couldn’t be more grateful. i am so excited for what’s next. this certainly isn’t goodbye to cheerleading, and there is still a long season ahead; however, it is a bittersweet feeling knowing i will not cheer another raptor football game! there truly is nowhere else i’d rather spend my friday nights, and i wouldn’t trade these memories for the world. 💛🖤
