The first Property Girls Social: Reformer Edition 🤍

I created this event because I wanted property networking to feel more relaxed, intentional and genuinely connected.

We brought together women from across property, law, accounting, consulting, beauty and entrepreneurship for an afternoon of Reformer and Chair Pilates, refreshments, conversation and community.

The event was never only about Pilates. It was about creating a space where women could feel comfortable enough to share what they’re building, learn from one another and form meaningful relationships.

Watching this back has reminded me just how special the first event was.

Thank you to every woman who attended and brought such warm energy into the room, and a huge thank you to @themoco.uk for being such welcoming and collaborative hosts.

The next Property Girls Social is coming in August.

June always feels like a reset month for me.

It marks the halfway point of the year, my birthday month, and a reminder to stop making excuses and start creating the experiences I keep imagining.

This weekend I hosted the first Property Girls Social: Reformer Edition in London a small, intentional space for women in property, business and investing to connect through movement, conversation and good energy.

Despite the weather, last-minute delivery stress and all the things that didn’t go perfectly, the room felt exactly how I wanted it to feel: warm, relaxed, purposeful and full of women building beautiful things.

When the right people are in the room, the intention is easy to create.

A huge thank you to Movement Collective for allowing us to use such a beautiful space and for being such amazing hosts. The studio, the teachers and the energy made the experience feel so special.

Thank you to every woman who came and made the first one what it was.

More intentional spaces coming soon 🤍

📦 THE “PROPERTY INITIATOR” MERCH HAS LANDED…
But this isn’t just a bag, a vest, a booklet, or a branded pen.
This is a movement rooted in legacy.

When I look at this merch, I see more than a name — I see a mission:
To pass down everything I’ve learned, from working McDonald’s shifts to building a £10M+ property portfolio, so others can rise faster and smarter than I did.

I was blessed to learn from those who came before me — men and women who showed me how to break cycles, build assets, and think bigger. Now, I take that torch and pass it forward 🔥

This kit is for the people who show up to site visits. Who ask questions. Who want more for themselves and their families.
People ready to become initiators, not imitators.

🛠️ The high-vis vest? A reminder that we build from the ground up.
📚 The booklet? A shortcut to knowledge I wish I had 10 years ago.
🔑 The keyring? Symbolic of unlocking generational wealth.

This is how we leave a mark — not just by achieving success, but by making sure others can too.

If you’re about growth, giving back, and generational change, you’re already one of us.

🔥 30+ Future Property Millionaires on Site With Me 🔥

Today was special.

Over 30 hungry students joined me on a live property site visit — walking through two real projects, asking unfiltered questions, and stepping inside a fully completed HMO transformation.

We didn’t just talk about property.
We experienced it.

📍 We stood where deals are made.
🔨 We saw the power of vision + renovation.
💬 We networked over food, made new connections, and built partnerships that could change lives.

This is how I believe property should be taught — real places, real projects, real people.
Not just YouTube clips and slideshows.
This is the new classroom.

I’m so proud of the energy, curiosity, and ambition in the room today — and even more proud to say I’ll be running these EVERY MONTH. 🚀

If you’re serious about stepping into property the right way — with support, guidance, and access to real deals — don’t wait around watching others.

⚠️ These events fill fast and are capped in size.
The next date is already being planned.

📩 Drop me a DM saying “SITE VISIT” and I’ll send you the info.

Let’s build something big — together.

Still on a high from Saturday …

The official launch of Property Collab & Business Exchange was more than an event it was a reflection of what’s possible when purpose meets community.

We created PCBE to build an intentional space for advanced property professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow without gatekeeping. And yesterday… that vision came to life.

From the laughs to the deep conversations, from the interactive games to the seeds of new partnerships it was everything we hoped for and more.

To my incredible team — thank you for pouring your heart into every detail. @parchmentproperties @susanparchment_ @yinyang_x @elliealysiaa

To our amazing videographer @sadeborishade7 thank you for capturing the essence of the day so beautifully.
And to everyone who showed up, supported, or believed in us we see you, and we appreciate you.

Look out for the next event in Bristol happening this May. Waiting list in bio 🔗
