This post honestly could have been split in two from the amount of photos I didn’t include (I really wanted to have togdhher in there). Last year was absolutely crazy and this isn’t even all of what happened!

I love my class genuinely so much and I’m missing them dearly. But I can’t wait to see almost all of you at Graduation! (Sorry George)

I had the awesome opportunity to do so much last year. I got to devise with my class for Putting It Together, I played one of the Gangsters in Kiss Me, Kate, Skylar in @theatrewisenz ‘s production of Bring It On, and an Ancestor in The Addams Family! (Plus one more, but that’s next post)

I ended up working on so much and developing further as a performer, from special effects makeup to cheerleading, to a lot of accent work! Despite how I struggled at some points during the year, I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

8/52 - FOOD is FUEL !!!

Up until 3 weeks ago I had been in a calorie deficit since july 2025. I became obsessed with the idea of how lean I could get. In 56 days I managed to drop 8kgs of body weight - which is lot for someone who is already lean and training heavy. Going from 15% body fat to 10% body fat while still trying to become a beast of a hybrid athlete. I was training like a machine - burning 3000 calories a day but eating like a 5’4 instagram model at 1700 cals a day ultimately the cause of losing my period aswell as my anxiety and depression increasing. I thought the blander and lower calorie the food was the better. If I went to bed hungry I would classify that as a “success”. My priority was just making sure that scale number was going down.

I was so caught up in being both aesthetically fit look while increasing my performance which is not possible.

Back in Feb my HYROX pro solo race was a huge wake up call a that in order to even give my athletic dreams and goals a chance I need to start eating like an athlete because training like one only gets you so far.

I’m three weeks deep into eating in a slight surplus and I can already feel a shift in mindset and performance.

SO PLEASE girls enjoy and EAT freaking food 👏👏👏
