Start Strong #vuoripartner

To me, starting strong means showing up with energy and letting community fuel everything that comes next.

Big thank you to @justjosephd and @vuoriclothing for helping us kick off our Saturday strong!

Full heart, full soul, endlessly grateful. It went fast, it was unbelievably enriching, rewarding, successful, and expanding. Too many moments, experiences, achievements, adventures, and beloveds to include here but I’m brimming with it all— travel to 4 countries, 6 cities, 7 villages or beach towns or middle of nowhere cabins with and to so many nearests and dearests, performing live theatre in New York and Copenhagen, puppets, multiple social and political change endeavors and actions of many shapes and sizes that felt useful, new production endeavors, playwrighting, brilliant photo shoots, deeper actor training, bucket list audiobook castings and collaborations, brilliant texts by brilliant writers, short film on big screens, dream gig auditions, awards and recognitions and presenter opportunities that all pushed me well out of my comfort zone but had sweet surprising treats attached in the people and interactions who surrounded me throughout, teaching opportunities, learning opportunities, lots and lots of really groovy live music, singing again, friends’ and family’s beautiful babies, family, puppies and doggos, many hours learning to listen to and love and honor my body and brain better than before, so many wonderful meals and morsels, outrageous amounts of journaling, walks in woods, on cobblestones, concrete, and sand, bike rides, new tattoos, new friends, old friends, art, art, art, synchronicity everywhere, shedding skin, transformation, plenty of tears, lots and lots of laughter, and deep deep joy! Bring on the next! 🪩✨

If adults had recess people would be happier and healthier 😆😆😆
We truly have been hard at work @formfitnessbk making it all happen, but sometimes you just need to laugh, play, and sing 🎤 🤪
And why bother getting stronger if you can’t lift your friends 🤔💪
