Cohasset has a way of making time stand still.

A close-knit coastal community, award-winning schools, a bustling downtown, and the harbor just around the corner—it’s the kind of place that feels both beautifully alive and wonderfully removed from the rest of the world.

And 50 Pond Street places you within walking distance of it all.

Privately available off market, this completely reimagined modern coastal farmhouse was rebuilt from the studs out and offers nearly 3,000 square feet, four bedrooms, two additional flex spaces ideal for an office and playroom, a dedicated mudroom, pantry and laundry room, plus three distinct outdoor living areas.

The backyard has also been significantly expanded with approximately 500 additional square feet of lawn and a picture-perfect new shed thoughtfully recessed into the property.

A rare opportunity in the heart of Cohasset, with a closing available the first week of February 2027. If this neighborhood has been calling to you, this may be your moment to call it home.

Private showings may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis for serious, qualified buyers. Please contact me directly for details and access.

🎾 Happy Friday!

When you’re unpacking a client into their new home and discover their tennis racket… naturally, you have to take it out for a little test drive! 😂

With the US Open right around the corner, we figured it was the perfect time to get in a little practice. 😉

Okay… maybe this racket isn’t exactly court-ready—it’s actually oversized wall art! But hey, we’re always ready to have a little fun while getting the job done. 🎾🏡

Just a little Friday fun to head into the weekend! ☀️

It’s the little details that make all the difference. At Eldredge Property Services, we want everything to be just the way you like it—because your first night in your new home should feel effortless. 🏡✨

Whether it’s a move across town or across the country, our goal is always the same—to take the stress off your shoulders so you can focus on what matters most.

Some projects remind us that what we do is about so much more than managing homes—it’s about serving people and honoring what matters most to them.

When the Sisters entrusted Eldredge Property Services with coordinating the repair and reinstallation of the cross at their chapel, we were deeply honored.

We believe every home, every property, and every meaningful place has a story. Being trusted to help preserve those stories is a responsibility we never take lightly.

Whether we’re coordinating a special project, preparing a home for family, or simply taking one more task off a client’s shoulders, we approach every job with the same dedication, compassion, and attention to detail.

Because at Eldredge Property Services, service is more than what we do—it’s who we are. Consider it done. ❤️

This location might actually be sunshine and rainbows!!!

Some homes have beautiful finishes. Others have an unbeatable location. This one has BOTH.

You move here for a reason! 50 Pond is in a coveted neighborhood, harbor and beach side of town, where you’re just a short stroll to Cohasset Harbor, downtown restaurants, schools, pickleball courts, playing fields, bb courts, library, and everything that makes summer in Cohasset so special. Morning coffee, evenings on the harbor, summer concerts, a beer at the beer garden after dinner—it all becomes part of everyday life.

A stunning, completely turnkey home in one of Cohasset’s most walkable locations. That’s a combination that’s hard to find—and even harder to leave.
