POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Part 1: There are too many Hurcs to highlight in one post, so these will be posted in multiple parts!

This fall, we will be highlighting our many members, staff, and alumni who teach at fall marching band and guard programs throughout the northeast. We are proud to have so many Hurricanes using their drum corps experience to develop teaching skills and inspire the next generation of marching arts students.

Life and fall and work and fall. Six or seven more weeks until winter break. That was awful. I’m sorry.

With another winter season complete here’s a look at how I spent the last 5 months! I was brave and took on two teams Ellington & South Hadley as well as choreographed rifle work for my bestie @lesleysnay ‘s team out in Danvers!

Next up two craft fairs and a wedding!!! 🥳

We had a great competition yesterday, ending with a second place finish of 84.7! We also won caption awards for Best Color Guard and Best Visual Effect - another first for the band! We could not be more proud of everyone, and can't wait for States next weekend!

Oof forgot what a 15 hour winter guard comp day was like! I guess I’m definitely out of retirement. These kids had a killer first show! Woooooo!

(Reupload bc copyright) Hi team and followers it’s Coach Liz🥰. I want to wish you all a very happy pride month. In my time teaching at this school, as much as I’ve been your teacher, you guys have also been mine. You’ve taught me so much about love and acceptance and it made me cry a lil reading your notes about how much guard feels like a safe space to you all because you guys also created a safe space for me and I can’t thank y’all enough! I promise to you all that guard will always be a safe and welcoming space to ALL and it’s such a joy being your coach! Much love,
Liz 🏳️‍🌈
