I’m excited to get back on stage. I’m so thankful for this body and my health. More so I have been so mentally clear about this competition season and I’m just ready to showcase my hard work🤞🏾

The bond is 🔐☝🏽 @teamzerogravity I’m ready to run it back for a second time to qualify for the Olympia🤩

Ryan has seen all of my struggles, hard work, and dedication. He sees things I don’t, and the honesty is unmatched ☠️😂 he holds me accountable and I hold him accountable.🫡😂

I asked him this year to be very blunt, and very intentional and if you ever met Ryan lol he already is this way so he laughs😂
And straight up was like …… “okay ,and you must be focused and not distracted from others who jeopardize your potential of becoming Mrs Olympia”🫢 😭🗣️🗣️🗣️…

So I said say less I’m already spring cleaning and cut off people who were not aligned with me to reach my desired destination

Don’t be afraid to talk to your coaches. Don’t use the excuse of them not being available. We all have phones, email accounts, and transportation to get the answers we need.

You can’t have a vision and a dream and expect things to fall into your lap so if you are constantly not putting things in place to reach your dream then maybe you don’t want it to happen bad enough🫣🫣🫣 (somebody has to say it)

Side note:☠️
……😂🤣😂 9/10 if you see other IFBB pros doing something I’m typically not doing it…. So please stop saying well “what’s her face “, is doing xyz. …..

I KINDLY DO NOT CARE😂😂and I AM FOCUSED ON OTHER THINGS😂😂😂😂

🇮🇩 Aling Aling Waterfall in Bali. This is one of the many waterfalls on one of the 17,000 islands in Indonesia. Essentially infinite waterfalls to explore💦🌴

My time in Bali so far has been spent making friends, practicing Indonesian, working out, going in many adventures (and seeing many waterfalls), and feeling the joy that travel brings me.✈️💙

6 waterfalls in two days! One adventure after the next whether its during the day or late into the night. Definitely loving my time here and already thinking of extending it… who knows! Might be putting together some reels this week which will be new for me, stay tuned :)
