End of an Era, and what a special era it was. 10 years of Rocky Point swimming, ending with graduation Coach Lowe hat. We were the lucky ones to be a part of such a special team and program and I know it will be memories that she'll have for the rest of her life.

When the face says it all!

When the season ends better than even expected I’m sure she forgot all the morning practices, dryland sessions, PT appointments, late studying after practice, staying home alone to train Christmas break and February break and how we went away without her. She’ll remember, but she didn’t in this moment.

So grateful for her team @greenwich_marlins in her 10th year on the team! And our travel team friends @wratswimming. The combined effort of cheering got all of the CT kids through a long week. It comes when coaches don’t have egos and put the kids first, and we’re lucky to both have great ones.

SC junior season ✅. Getting myself ready for next seasons “final times” doing things.

Meet weekend this weekend (what’s a holiday weekend?!) The speedo Winter Junior Championships in FL this December was special since it had all three competing, probably for the last time. So grateful for all of these photos from a parent on the team. I printed over 50 of them for albums. The meet was tough when Ellison came down with the flu, but happy moments when Linleys relay won gold and Alden won a silver medal in the shape of a 🦩 her favorite animal and in 🦋. Bright futures ahead and cool things coming, but being at meets altogether were such core family memories. ☀️🌴💦

Extremely proud to announce our 4 @niscaswim All-Americans for the 2024-25 school year. Sena Bozkurt joined the list at 47th in the Country in the 100 Butterfly, and teamed up with Kensie, Wesley, and Ellison in the 200 Free Relay to be among the nation’s top 100 HS Performances on the year. Congratulations! On to the next one.
