It's that time of year again! The time for pulling out your wallets and purses and making Zac (and others, I guess), do ridiculous things and debase/exhaust themselves in the name of charity. I speak, of course, of DEATH ROULETTE!

This is the fifth annual Death Roulette panel but, in case you are newer to the community and have missed previous years, there's a playlist on my YouTube.

Basically, it is a 50-minute panel where I try to tell some semblance of a cohesive story in a system claiming to be D&D, while navigating obligatory changes forced by donations from the audience, all to raise money for charity. Your donations can kill off a character, replacing that player with the next player waiting at the side of stage; give a character a shield; move someone to the front of the waiting queue... or, let's face it, ignore all my preset options and make Zac do a shoey of hot sauce, or whatever other nonsense you think up.

It is a hilarious, high energy, fun panel and has become a staple of my year, let alone my PAX experience. This year, the main change is that PAX has strictly limited all panels to only 6 guests (7 including a host). So, while in all previous years I have had 9-13 guests, this year I have only 6! (Not 6 factorial, nerds). This means you have to make all the guests work twice as hard so we can still earn as much as we have in previous years.

So put it in your calendars now and either come along in person or watch it on twitch.tv/paxaustralia at 10:30 on 10th Oct, Melbourne time.

Give generously, but give responsibly.

See you there!

Rob.
