ASICS MCR HALF: Team Running Bear ⚡️

Oliver took on his second ever half marathon, running an incredible PB out on the course 🤝

Scarlett, one of our incredible coffee bears at @bearandboost ran an insane 1:34:45 👏👏👏

Katie got another huge PB out on the course on Sunday, impressing all of us here at Running Bear with that incredible time 🙌🏻

Elliot - what a performance! Yet another PB and he did what he said he was going to, sub 80 club 👏👏

Alice took on her third MCR half and carried on her PB streak running sub 1:45 for the first time 🎉

Joe has had the best return from injury we’ve ever seen with that time!! A broken leg at the start of this year and now he’s ending it with a half marathon PB ✨

And our lovely Helen ran with her friend in support of Alzheimer’s Society!! They brought the vibes all day long 🥳🥳

Huge congratulations to everyone who ran on Sunday!!

Might be my favourite month yet ekkkkkk🤓🤓

To summarise it was basically races, trails, run clubs, and lots of charcuterie 🧀

Quote today is “if you want something you’ve never had you must be willing to do something you’ve never done.” When you are around people who you are constantly inspired by doing the unknown feels like a privilege rather than something to be scared off! Here’s to a winter to remember🤓

1:20:11 @mcrhalf 🐝 all credit to @team26performance helping to knock 6mins 12s off a PB set in March, and with a little 10k PB thrown in there too 🤪

PB’s for everyone this morning which is insane in itself 👏🏻

Would be lying if I said the 11secs wasn’t a bit annoying 🤏🏻but makes it sweeter for next time 🖤🩷

Mcr half: 1:41 🐝

Picked up the spot yesterday and thought I’ll call it a training run. Felt good in first 15km so pick up the pace to finish. Feeling so comfortable at the min- time for the winter to be nasttttty. Happy Sunday🌞

Nothing chat gpt can’t do btw, light blue wave served me well💙💛

When you’re surrounded by people willing to push themselves beyond what’s comfortable, it becomes almost impossible not to search for another level within yourself.

2 weeks out from @mcrhalf. The puzzle is now coming together.⏳

The hard days, the quiet days, the moments nobody sees… somehow they all start to mean something.

Mentally. Emotionally. Physically.

Still moving. Still becoming.

Platinum.

Beyond the standard.❤️
