Urban Kiz Fusion with CarlKiz — right here in Charlotte.

This is what it looks like when the class slows down just enough for real growth to happen. One-on-one attention, intentional coaching, and a structure that actually builds your confidence step by step.

Leads sharpen their control.
Follows deepen their connection.
Everyone leaves better than they came.

Appreciate the love and feedback—y’all feel the difference, and that’s the whole point.

Last week’s energy was TOO good not to share 😮‍🔥✨

So proud of everyone who showed up, pushed through new movements, and trusted the process. You can literally see the growth happening in real time.

If you were there… you already know the vibe.
If you missed it… this is your sign to come try it 😉

Everyone thinks counterbalance is about strength. But it’s actually about trust, control, and knowing your own center.

Yes, we look strong and we are (especially @elmoioficial ) but the real flex is the ability to soften into connection while staying rooted in your own power.

If you’ve been curious about acro, yoga, or just building confidence in your body. Come play every every Friday at Cordelia Park starting at 6 PM.

Strong. Feminine. Grounded. Brave.
Come play & find strength you didn’t know you had.

Started rock climbing this year & it’s been an interesting side quest. It’s been cool to see how well calisthenics transfers over into this sport 🧗‍♂️
