Clay tile blending is an art all its own. This roof showcases a stunning four-color blend of 18 3/8” Spanish S @ludowici Clay tile, a system where tone, texture, and rhythm all have to work in harmony.

A great blend can make or break a multicolor tile roof. When done right, it feels natural and timeless, the way an old-world roof should. When done wrong, it can look chaotic or forced.

Our team took the time to balance every hue and transition and we are excited to share the final photos once the copper gutters are installed next week. #webuildprettyroofs® #ludowici

Our Westlake tile restoration is fully torn off and dried in with @polyglassusa high temp ice water shield! Tomorrow we start running lines, laying copper valley pans and drip edge! Then the eave starter course, birdstop and then the magic will happen! This 4 color blend @ludowici clay tile is going to be special! Stay tuned to watch this transformation unfold! #webuildprettyroofs® #ludowici

Not all our roofing installations make it to the internet’s viral spotlight, but this copper radial on this project certainly did! 💪 Now, we’re thrilled to reveal the entire project’s completion! This restoration was extensive and transformative.

The old brown shingles were replaced with this @ikoroofing royal estate shingle, featuring open black metal valleys, half-round gutters, collector boxes, and downspouts. The copper bay windows and custom diamond radial were also guttered with copper and adorned with decorative rain chains. The chimney caps were hand-crafted to match the existing ones, with a clean, secured cap mounted to the chimney stacks.

This project required the A team and they all showed up big! Wendell Elms and Derrick Malone, Jake White, Alex, Jay & Leo and your crew of talented craftsmen whom all had a hand in this masterpiece! Great work team, amazing job! #webuildprettyroofs®

We have a very unique build in progress… This home sits on the north shore of Lake Grapevine 100 feet above the water level, on a peninsula. 🤩🤩🤩 What a gorgeous property we get to do a complete restoration on.

We are replacing this 150 square roofing system with a 24 gauge standing seam metal roof, complete with 2 striations to increase strength and rigidity while reducing oil canning in the panels. The project also has a 3.5 square flat roof section which is being fitted with a 60 mill TPO covering the new tapered Insulation system. The gutters and downspouts are also being fabricated and installed new on site.

Great work to Wendell Elms & Derrick Malone, Alex and his team and Sergio and the flat roof crew! We are excited as is the client for this project to complete! Great work team! #webuildprettyroofs #standingseammetal #theprecisiondifference #specialtyroof
