Saturday’s at @elnecot 🍳☕️

@elnecot has been on my list for the longest time, especially since they started serving brunch every Saturday from 11am–3pm 🥓

I went for the Breakfast Greens after asking the server for their recommendation and, honestly… excellent choice.

The menu description really doesn’t do this gorgeous dish justice, you’ll just have to try it for yourself.

Hummus, perfectly poached eggs, sesame dukkah, Elnecot chilli crack, hash browns and dipping toast — all brought together in the most delicious, comforting way. Every bite was packed with flavour, and Elnecot chilli crack is now my new favourite thing 🌶️

Safe to say, I’ll be back to work my way through the rest of the mouth-watering menu. 👀

if something keeps working, stop trying to reinvent the wheel 😭😭😭😭😭

a format, menu item, product, hook, series… WHATEVER. if people clearly want more of it, GIVE THEM MORE.

milk it until it stops working. then move on.

social media really can be that simple sometimes x
