Went for cocktails and tacos, ended up watching the most insane sunset I’ve ever seen 🌅🍸

elNico is a rooftop bar and restaurant atop The Penny Williamsburg, serving elevated Mexican cuisine with the NYC skyline as your backdrop. We caught a sky that kept getting better, and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better place to watch it.

The cocktails were delicious, and the tempura rock shrimp tacos are definitely worth ordering. Between the food, the views, and the atmosphere, this is exactly my kind of Friday night hangout.

Williamsburg doesn’t miss when it comes to trendy spots, and elNico proves it. Now I need to come back for brunch ASAP 👀

Save this for your next Brooklyn date night or cocktails with the girls ✨

Engagement party at the place we had our very first date 🥹🤍💍 @elnicony (part 1, because it was so hard choosing photos 😅)

Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and fun evening celebrating our love and engagement with my dream guy @casualkey , surrounded by our best friends and family! 💘

The elNico team was an absolute dream to work with. The food drinks, space, and vibe are incredible and sharing the place we first met with everyone was the best! ✨

The diary of a London dog in NYC! 🍎

Never ever dreamed I’d get to show Callie the Big Apple, but here we are! Definitely one to tick off the bucket list!

Looking back, I’m grateful we had the opportunity to take it all in en route and enjoy the journey here! Here’s how we spent 48 hours together in NYC!

Our base was @thepennyhotel - a home away from home in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg. You can tell that this hotel was designed by dog people - right from the welcome at reception to the dedicated dog courtyard.

We really enjoyed staying in Brooklyn with Callie - it’s way more dog friendly and peaceful than Manhattan and with plenty of parks and good neighbourhood bars and restaurants to enjoy and decompress away from the busy city.

In fact, we had such a great time exploring Brooklyn that we could have easily not made it across to Manhattan at all! But it was an easy journey on the L from Williamsburg and we enjoyed a stroll around the West Village and had a peak of Madison Square Gardens, the flat iron building, the high line and the Empire State Building before our 48 hours were up!

What did we miss? Where should we visit next time?
