Great weekend working with coaches and athletes @crossfitnewbeginning in Sydney!

During this MaStrength #Chineseweightlifting seminar participants learned:
.
This knowledge helps:
.
1️⃣ the rules #weightlifting movements must follow to maximize the weight caught overhead.
.
2️⃣ measurable techniques to teach the lifts to athletes of different shapes and sizes
.
3️⃣ how to breathe to resolve #weightliftingmobility limitations
.
4️⃣ progressions for the #Snatch and #cleanandjerk that help improve the lifts together.
.
Thanks to everyone in the @crossfitaust community for being open to learning 🙏
.
This weightlifting seminar is approved for CrossFit & NASM CEUs, so if you need to maintain your CrossFit training or CPT credential, you can earn 14 CEUs by attending.

I had a whole Nat King Cole (L.O.V.E) moment planned for this carousel, but our friends really stole the audio rights to this one.

Still so overwhelmed by the love, the celebrations, (the cake, mmm cake) and the thoughtful gifts, but most of all - I treasure the friendships and time together above all else.

Thank you for making this chapter feel so, so darn special - and for reacting harder than I ever could have scripted.
