TEAM TALKS 🎤 What is a cue that you say often in class?

The Nova Core team is filled with highly skilled instructors who care deeply about every person in class. Instructors are cueing a million things in class for clients to learn and improve but there always a few cues that are said every class:

“Belly button to spine”
“This is your class, this is your hour”
“Imagine you have wings”
“You made it!”
“Imagine a blueberry under your spine”

Now, for our incredible community: What is a cue that you’ve heard that has stayed with you? 🎤

Think Pilates is just stretching? Think again. 😅

While Pilates can improve flexibility and mobility, its real focus is strength, control, stability and precision.

Every movement challenges your muscles to work with control - especially your deep core, glutes and stabilising muscles. It helps you build strength, while also improving posture, balance, coordination and body awareness.

So yes, you might leave feeling longer and more mobile… but underneath that is a whole lot of strength work. 💪

Pilates isn’t just stretching. It’s strength in control.

We had the most unreal experience with @curated_camps and @truthtravel in the Koue Bokkeveld.
A camping weekend with adventure, amazing people, good food and great wine.
We camped at @schoongezicht_campsite and had the amazing @mattmanningchef prepare the most incredible food.
@jeep_southafrica sorted us out with some fun toys.
Keen for more weekends like these!
