What animal can our athletes actually take in a fight and win?! 🐻🦊🐭🐰

We received some pretty confident answers but who agrees with the athletes and who could fight an even bigger animal than ones named?👀👀

#FeatureFriday - TRIPLE THREAT 💪🔥

Three girls who bring a whole lot of personality to ETS.

Ellie, CeCe & Elsa are all heading into their sophomore year and have been leveling up over the past year.

Ellie and Elsa bring their athleticism to the volleyball court, while CeCe brings her gritty mentality to the softball diamond… but all three know how to compete. 🏐🥎

All three have made some serious strength gains lately… Takes some serious strength to hold up 235lbs of washed-up athleticism like this 😂

But what makes this group fun to coach goes way beyond the weight room. Getting to know their personalities, what motivates them, and what makes each of them tick has allowed us to challenge them, push the standard, and get more out of them every time they walk through the doors.

Keep working, ladies. Sophomore year is about to be a good one. 📈
