This picture represents different women who believe that physical activity is an important part of their healthy lifestyle! I love working out from home but being around @o2fuelfitness members always pushed me to get out of my comfort zone! I love how diverse we are in this picture! . . . . #women #womenempowerment #womenfitness #physicalactivity #healthylifestyle

Hard work, dedication, and staying true to your faith, your goals and your vision pay off in the end. Stick to it and you will be rewarded Today I have hit a major milestone in my fitness Journey! I have always wondered what it would look like when I know I have won myself when it comes to this journey! And today I have discovered it! And I didn't know that I have already surpassed it. I HAVE ONE THE MARCH 2022 MVP BELT from my @o2fuelfitness class today! This belt is my symbol that I have not just reached a fitness goal! There is that!! But also: ▪️I have CONQUERED my Lack of Consistency ▪️I have CONQUERED my Lack of Discipline ▪️I have CONQUERED my Quitting habits and Attitude towards health, fitness and going to the gym ▪️I have BROKE THROUGH many limitations I didn't even know I had put on myself. ▪️I BECAME a Student and Disciple of Fitness💪 And I have learned SO MUCH about MYSELF! But while this belt has been given to me, I am not here by myself. This victory is also shared with all the people that I have met that pushed me, challenged me and kept me accountable (see pictures). And my family has been such a foundational motivation! They are seeing if you work hard at something YOU WILL BE REWARDED! It feels so good to be rewarded for something you have been working hard on and to be recognized for it! It's been a very long time since I have felt this way! So I say thank you to all of you who encouraged me on this journey!! And a special thanks to the best coach in town @adamvanhoogenhuize , the best fitness program I joined @o2fuelfitness and a big Shout-out to @sharkys_athleticclub . I am so fired up 🔥 to keep going and keep pushing myself! Your limit is only within your imagination!! But as for you, be strong and DO NOT GIVE UP, for your work WILL BE REWARDED. 2 Chronicles 15:7 "Successful people are not gifted; they just work hard, then succeed on purpose." — G.K. Nielson "Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come." — Dwayne Johnson . #hardworkpaysoffs #dontgiveup #dontquit #reward #fitness #fitnessmotivation #motivation #inspiration #keepgoing

All the feels from a long-awaited reunion with my favorite Canadians! It was a tough stretch being apart for so long — nothing replaces the hugs, the laughs and the cheer our family shares each year. We missed *those* moments, the ones we never thought we’d go without, until we did for almost two years. We had our bedrock shaken, but it remained intact. We filled the holes with tears of joy, new additions to the crew, and a boatload of memories that we’ll never forget. The hugs were extra tight, the drinks were extra cold, and the laughs and smiles were 10x as big. I’ll forever be thankful for this family. Same time next year, eh? ❤️🇨🇦❤️
