Been a whirlwind day in the UK (Gilles Peterson’s radio show!, etc) but finally taking a breather to process this. @theblackpumas are nominated for Best New Artist at this year’s Grammy Awards and we’ve gone from hugs to laughs to drinks to tears before our show in London tonight while trying to stay focused cause the work never stops. Eric Burton (a spark if ive ever met one) and myself started working on songs together just two years ago out of my studio and are now in the middle of a sold out European tour. We have an incredible cast of musicians with us (Austin stand up! And a little Nyc sometimes lol) helping us bring this vision to life and I have an amazing support system at home holding down the fort while we work our asses off out here, not to mention an incredible team in a label, management, etc . This is a big one as this crosses into mainstream territory (against lil nas x?? 🙃) so thank you all for your support of the Pumas and my musical endeavors thus far and uh...don’t stop believing! 👊🏼🖤#theblackpumas #blackpumas #ericburton #adrianquesada #electricdeluxerecorders

@theblackpumas self titled album is out now! Pick it up wherever you buy music or stream it wherever you do that - Spotify, amazon, Apple Music - but I promise the vinyl sounds and looks better! This record is special and I know you all will dig it. Produced, recorded and mixed at #electricdeluxerecorders with the help of many, many fine musicians. Thanks to all involved in this one, gonna do my best to tag everyone. 🙏🏼
